A three-bedroom, family-orientated apartment on the outskirts of Chamonix town centre with views of Mont Blanc and a private garage.
The three bedrooms can be set up with single or double beds. With a double sofa bed in the main living room the apartment can sleep up to 7 guests in individual beds.
The living space has sofas, a dining table, a flatscreen TV, access to the south-facing, sunny balcony and the kitchen. The apartment is on the fourth floor, facing the mountains and has stunning views on Mont Blanc!
The free Chamonix ski bus goes from just outside the building and takes you to Chamonix and all the ski stations in the valley. On foot, Chamonix is a ten-minute flat walk along the recently completed cycle path.
Les Gaillands train station is a 2-minute walk away and the Chamonix valley train service runs up the valley to Switzerland or down the valley where you can connect to the main SNCF train network.

Your apartment is on the first floor accessible either by stairs or lift directly opposite the main door. Guests have access to the spa and pool facilities between the hours of 10am to 9pm with no additional charge. THE BUILDING : The La Cordee complex was renovated by Cardea a local Chamonix developer and ready for use in 2017 with a total of 80 apartments all renovated to a high standard. Along with the Spa Facilities guests can enjoy the Garden, Mountain Views, Workout studio, Games Room, Kids Play areas and climbing room. You can also enjoy the relaxing feel of the communal lounge area. INSIDE : This lovely apartment is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need for your holiday, As you enter you will find a small entrance hall and cupboard. The kitchen is to the right with a lovely rustic dining table. The first of the three bedrooms can be found to the right just after the table with a double bed, storage and own balcony. After the bedroom there is the main living space with access to another balcony, TV and large sofa. There is also another dining room table which could allow for home working. The family bedroom flows on from the living area complete with a Bath/over head shower and WC. The bunkroom is next on the left with 2 bunks big enough for adults. The last bedroom is found at the back of the apartment with a large ensuite shower room . Each apartment has a ski locker and boot dryer. OUTSIDE : Well maintained, elegant landscaping with a seating area to enjoy the Mont Blanc View. . Children's play area. Extra parking at both sides of the complex allows for plenty of parking even in the high seasons. There are also conveniently placed Molocks (bins) for you to dispose of your rubbish. GREAT LOCATION : You will be staying in a quiet residential area, twenty minute walk along the beautiful river path into the centre of Chamonix and a short drive/bus ride to both Flegere and Brevent lift stations. GETTING AROUND : You can also walk to the central bus and train station in just a couple of minutes, allowing you to take full advantage of the free local transport, or take a walk into Chamonix along the beautiful riverside path, in the opposite direction is the pretty village of Les Praz with a Episeire, The Petite Social Bar and Ski Shop to hire all you need. The Flegere cable car and Golf Course are also situated in Les Praz Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains and buses in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. USEFUL BITS : Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. We love the additional facilities within Residence La Cordee Swimming Pool, Gym, Hamam and Sauna. The reception area is available to all guests with a Pool Table, Play area for smaller children and plenty of seating. YOUR ARRIVAL : Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned. You will receive arrival instructions with a key box code to let yourself in when you arrive! PARKING : You have a dedicated parking space in the underground parking plus plenty of outside spaces available directly in front of the entrance building. Chamonix Holidays will provide you with a detailed map for directions to your private space. Summer Top Tip - Take the Flegere-Les Praz lift and hike up to Lac Blanc, the stunning lake will be worth the walk. The Brévent - Flégère area is also in the large Aiguilles Rouges range, a natural conservation area. A stylish two-bedroom apartment with in the historic Majestic building in the centre of Chamonix town that sleeps up to eight people in two bedrooms. Built in 1913 as luxury tourist accommodation the Majestic building is characterised by its high ceilings and wide-open corridors and stair wells and airy, spacious apartments. Making the most of the Majestic’s famous features, Apartment Rani's living space is open plan and voluminous, with a comfortable sofa, a dining table for six and a TV . French windows open on to a small balcony with views up on to the mountains. A well-equipped creates a sociable and easy place to cook in. The apartment has two individual bedrooms, one with a fixed double bed and a day bed with single bed underneath. The second bedroom has two single beds ( which can be combined to make one double ) and a single day bed with bed underneath. There are two bathrooms with showers and two toilets. Apartment Rani sits between the Brevent ski lift and Chamonix town centre, making both quick and easy to access on foot. There is no need to bring a car to this apartment but if you do there is private parking beyond a barrier. Apartment Rani can be combined with Apartment Royale which is on the same floor to accommodate larger groups up to 14 people.1 review
