PERFECT FOR : Families and Small Groups. Convenient Location. Walking distance to bus stop. Fully equipped. THE BUILDING : The apartment sits within a well maintained holiday rental complex with underground parking, ski locker and cave at your disposal. There is also a parking space outside should you need extra. INSIDE : From the main entrance on the left-hand side you will find the fully equipped kitchen complete with dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine and large dining table. To the right is the first shower room with WC along with a cupboard housing the washing machine. The stairs to the bedrooms are found just after the cupboard. The rest of the ground floor consists of the living area with plenty of seating, Entertainment system and small fire. There are two sets of patio double doors which lead onto the Balcony with views of the Mont Blanc Massive. OUTSIDE : There is a balcony just off the lounge area and two further ones from the double bedrooms upstairs giving you spectacular views of the Mont Blanc Massif. The gardens are well maintained. GREAT LOCATION : Your apartment is set at the bottom of a residential road with easy access to all the amenities within the local area, places within walking distance include the bus stop, supermarket, curry house, bio market and Rocky Pop hotel. GETTING AROUND : The bus stop is a minute away from the residence with services up and down the valley . Chamonix Holidays will provide your group with tourist cards/Carte d’hotes which give you free use of the trains in the valley, plus discounts at the pool and entry to museums. A night bus also runs from Argentiere to Les Houches and costs 4€ per person. USEFUL BITS : Of course, there is WiFi, provided by Orange, it is not fibre (yet) but it is a pretty good service. If you need to book a transfer from Geneva Airport we recommend Haute Transfer, Mountain Drop Offs and Swiss Tours. We can help organise ski passes so that they are waiting for you when you arrive. YOUR ARRIVAL : Arrive any time after 16h and with our self-check-in process, you do not need to worry about being a little earlier or later than planned PARKING : You have a dedicated parking space in the underground parking plus use of an outside space directly in front of the entrance building. Summer top tip - Les Houches has some incredible bike trails, take advantage of the storage space to bring your bike and enjoy the most out of your holiday! Winter top tip - This location is close to the Rocky Pop Hotel, there is an excellent bar and restaurant with a fun atmosphere. A great place to check out if you want entertainment close to the apartment.

PERFECT FOR : A couple or family looking for a tranquil stay in the foothills of Les Houches. Ideal for 4 with additional sleeping for up to 2 people. Located a quick 10 minute drive from the centre of Chamonix and its bars, restaurants and shops. This lovely apartment is a great base for family and friends for both summer and winter holidays, with quick access to the Les Houches ski lifts and incredible hikes on your doorstep. THE BUILDING : Your accommodation is a ground floor chalet style apartment with its own garden, set within a small complex of holiday accommodations in a beautiful location. INSIDE : This self contained property has classic alpine décor with wood panelling, double height lounge and stylish windows. As you enter you will find the master bedroom and ensuite shower/ WC to the right and the children's bunk room to the left. The family bathroom is next on the left hand side. The kitchen diner and living space encompasses the rest of the apartment. There are patio doors to the garden area and decking with BBQ and seating. There are two bedrooms, one double bed room and one bunk bedroom (bed size 190cm X 80cm)) plus extra sleeping arrangements in the communal area if you need to sleep a couple more. Bathroom facilities include a shower room with a sink and WC, and an extra WC off the double bedroom with a washbasin. OUTSIDE : The outside offers you a private green space to relax and enjoy the view of the Mont Blanc range, You are a short walk away from the Pain De Chibon where every Wednesday you can buy freshly baked bread and regional specialties meats and cheeses. GREAT LOCATION : You can walk down the hill to the bus stop which provides regular free bus transport to the whole valley including the nearby ski lifts in Les Houches. Local facilities like the large Super U market are nearby along the main road.
